Voicent Autodialler

I have never seen a software with so many bugs and errors like the software voicent autodialler.

I've spent days and hours trying to explain it to tech, at the end yes it does get fixed by them but it takes them forever!!

They shouldn't let clients test their software, they should test it themselves or higher a professional company to test it before they release it.

I've spend so much money on this garbage and I regret it, so don't make the same mistake!! Go with a different company.

  1. These people scammed me, they wanna charge me for an upgrade, I emailed them asking them to give me the upgrade because their old software had tons of bugs and wanted to test the upgrade to see if its any better but I doubt it and here is their response to me:

    Very unprofessional as you can see.

    Don't do business with these fu**ers!!! they will scam you and run away.
    there are lots of bugs in their software too

  2. don't do business with voicent, I also had issues with their software not working for me, I complained and they did not refund me, I had to call my credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback.. that was the only way how I got my money back after all the headaque.
